Absolutely loved staying at a place with no hot water, limited toilet rolls, and leftover contraceptives! The manager accused me of damaging a microwave I didn't even use. Best experience ever!

The apartment was absolutely lovely, with modern and elegant furnishings. It was clean and well-maintained. the location was great, situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center. It was the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. - the staff were very responsive and helpful, making sure any requests or questions were taken care of before our visit.

There were a few minor issues that could have been improved. the courtyard could have been tidier and the presence of cigarette butts was off-putting.

My stay at Duke Street Living was fantastic. I spent a week in Liverpool for leisure purposes and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean, modern, and elegant. The security measures, including CCTV, made me feel very safe. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from answering questions before my visit to providing keys at a local shop. The sound proofing was impressive, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The beds and sofas were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful. Additionally, the location was perfect, and the free secure parking was a great bonus. Duke Street Living provided amazing value for money, and I am already planning my next trip there.

We were delighted with our stay at this apartment. the location was perfect, with easy access to local bars, restaurants, and the city center. Secondly, the apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. Additionally, the bathroom was wonderful, equipped with all the necessary amenities. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We did encounter a slight mix-up with the keys, which was quickly resolved.

The Asian inspired menu uses an extensive variety of flavors and textures with influences from Japan, Korea, Thailand, China & Malaysia. I was blown away by the explosion of flavors in the Five Spice Tofu dish. It was like a fireworks show in my mouth, with each bite bursting with an incredible blend of spices and textures. It truly transported me to the vibrant streets of Asia.
